Preparation and Application

• The temperature of the water used for preparing the BIOCAL solution should be similar to the plant's temperature.
• Applying plant nutrition before BIOCAL application increases its effectiveness.
• Afternoon applications of BIOCAL are more effective than those performed at other times of the day.
• The recommended dosage range for BIOCAL is 2-5 g/liters.
• To prepare the BIOCAL solution, soak BIOCAL in water and repeat the mixing process every 5 minutes. Apply the solution after 15-20 minutes for optimal results.
• BIOCAL can be mixed with other chemical drugs and plant nutrition solutions without reducing its effectiveness.
• Active growth is not necessary for BIOCAL to enter the plant.
• Using spraying tools that create a drop diameter of less than 1mm increases the effectiveness of BIOCAL.

Application in Seeds

• BIOCAL increases the germination power of all types of seeds.
• Soak the seeds in water, then place them in a damp state in BIOCAL and mix. Finally, throw the seeds into the seed bed.
• This application protects the seeds from bacterial, fungal, and insect attacks and enhances germination power.

Application Against Heat Stresses

• BIOCAL makes plants more resistant to hot and cold heat stresses.
• It prevents photosynthesis depression on hot days and allows plants to perform maximum photosynthesis throughout the day.

• For increased frost resistance, apply BIOCAL at a dose of 0.5% (5 grams per liter) after leaf casting in the fall. This increases the rate of dry matter in the cell and enhances plant resistance to cold and freezing.

Application to Promote Earliness

• In early species, BIOCAL applications at a dose of 0.5% can bring forward the harvest by about 7-10 days.
• Apply BIOCAL 15-20 days apart from the explosion of buds.
• Earlyness provides an advantage in the market for species where earlyness is crucial, such as grapes, cascading plums, and almonds.
• For fruit types that shed their leaves, a single application of BIOCAL at a dose of 0.5% before leaf fall in the fall promotes early awakening.
• In production areas with a risk of frost in early spring, BIOCAL increases plant resistance to frost and cold.

Application to Increase Fruit Quality

• BIOCAL increases the amount of water-soluble dry matter (Brix) in fruits by approximately 2%.

Application for Vegetable Production

• Repeating BIOCAL applications during the seedling period increases the development and quality of seedlings.
• Apply BIOCAL in a 0.2% solution.
• After planting seedlings, repeat BIOCAL applications in a 0.5% solution to shorten the time from planting to product.
• A higher Brix value in vegetables improves processing efficiency and final product quality.

Application for Plant Repair

• For plant species replicated with green steels, apply a 2% solution to promote rooting and sapling development.
• For plant species replicated with wooded steels, soak the steels in BIOCAL and plant them in the rooting environment. Apply a 0.5% solution after the buds wake up.
• BIOCAL application to the roots of seedlings in powder form increases retention success and promotes root development.
• Repeated applications of BIOCAL shorten the youthful period in vineyards and fruit types, encourage early flower bud formation, and increase yield.
