Disper Fer %6 GS is a water-soluble granular fertilizer that effectively corrects and prevents iron deficiency in crops. It is formulated with EDDHSA chelated iron, which provides excellent solubility and prevents residue and dust formation. This product is licensed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Turkey.
Product Description
Disper Fer %6 GS is a micro-granular fertilizer that utilizes the latest generation technology. It is completely soluble in water and does not cause clogging during application. The EDDHSA chelated iron in this product allows for a solubility of 300g/100 L, which is significantly higher than other chelated iron formulations on the market.

Importance of Iron for Plants
Iron deficiency in plants can lead to chlorosis, a condition where the leaves turn yellow. Iron plays a crucial role in electron transport during photosynthesis, protein metabolism, and nitrogen fixation. It is also essential for chlorophyll synthesis. Even a slight deficiency in iron can result in enzyme activity and protein production problems. Iron deficiency is particularly common in alkaline soils.
Symptoms of Iron Deficiency (Chlorosis):
- Leaves turn yellow, starting from the tips and progressing towards the base
- Severe deficiency can lead to necrosis and tissue death
- Impairs plant respiration (photosynthesis)
Application Rates
The dosage of Disper Fer %6 GS varies depending on the degree of iron deficiency, soil structure, soil temperature, plant size, age, and growth stage. The following dosage guidelines can be used as a reference for various crops:
Fruit Trees (Citrus, Olive, Peach, Pear, Apple, Plum, Apricot, Pistachio, Kiwi)
- Newly planted trees: 5-12g per tree
- Trees at the beginning of fruit set: 15-30g per tree
- Trees in full production: 30-100g per tree
- Large trees: 50-100g per tree
Vineyards
- Newly planted vines: 1-4g per vine
- Vines in full production: 15-25g per vine at the end of winter
- Soil application: 2-5kg per hectare, depending on soil conditions
Annual and Perennial Flowers, Herbaceous Plants
- General application rate: 1-5g per square meter or 400-600g per hectare
Vegetables
- General application rate: 100-200g per 100 liters of water or 100-200g per hectare
Note: The recommended dosages for soil applications can be increased by 30% based on regional conditions.
Foliar Application
Due to its special granular formulation, Disper Fer %6 GS can also be applied to the foliage. The following dosage guidelines can be used for foliar applications:
- Pulverize application: 100-300g per 100 liters of water, at 15-20 day intervals
- Flowering stage: 50-100g per 100 liters of water
Foliar applications should be done in the late afternoon when there is no direct sunlight or on cloudy days.
Compatibility
Disper Fer %6 GS should not be mixed with mineral oils or products with very high or low pH levels.
